Since its launch 6 months ago, two impressive milestones have been passed by Leisurebrokers.com. This month saw the 1,000th member register a profile on the site. Penny Gum Country Cottages in Underberg South Africa took advantage of the 'register me' service and the free 12 month membership offer. Their impressive cottages, recently voted semi finalists in the AA Accommodation Awards Programme, can be viewed in the hotels and accommodation section of the site.
Leisurebrokers also welcomed a member promoting their riding adventures in Mongolia which was the 70th country represented on the website. Another major milestone. Zavkhan Trekking takes small groups into one of the more remote regions of Mongolia, travelling by horseback. The business, in its second year in operation, has chosen Leisurebrokers as a way of increasing its profile.
With more members signing up everday as word spreads, Leisurebrokers marches on to its next 1,000 members. The website will also have a fresh look in April as we listen to and build on the feedback from our existing members. Watch the website for more details.

Since the launch of Leisurebrokers in August this year, members from 42 countries have registered a profile confirming Leisurebrokers.com as the fastest growing global leisure portal.
The Chief Executive of the company has not been surprised by this success, “The response to the site has been fantastic from across the globe with registrations in over 60 leisure activities. When we started we knew that there would be a demand for such a website and each month we are attracting more and more visitors to the site. In November, there was a 50% increase in the number of visitors compared to October.”
The team at Leisurebrokers are planning further developments to improve the site in December to give it more of a community feel.

The launch of a new global leisure portal with over 60 leisure activities is the foundation of the bid by Leisurebrokers.com to become the world's first choice for leisure.
Open to businesses and individuals, the service brings together those with an interest in leisure. Registered users include clubs, organisations, overseas sports men and women, teachers, coaches, officials and leisure suppliers.
An aggressive global marketing campaign backed up by a free registration offer will raise awareness of the website and Leisurebrokers.com aim to have 250,000 members by the end of the year.
John Begley, director of Leisurebrokers says, “This is a service which is badly needed. It solves the problem of trying to find leisure activities outside of traditional channels. Now you can access at your finger tips services such as music teachers, language tutors, clubs and businesses”
The plan is to continue to develop the site by adding to the list of activities each month and developing a community feel for people to share their leisure experiences.
