About Us --- updated 2004
Integrity Farm , is located on a beautiful horse farm located in Southern NH. It is close to both Route 93 (exit 3, 4 or 5 in NH), as well as Route 495 in Haverhill MA (exit 51B). Ask us for more detailed directions if you wish to visit.
Our human family consists of my husband Ken Sr. who owned an auto body shop with his brother for 21 years. The business belonged to their Dad before them, so it has been established for many years. I was a hairdresser until my wonderful animals just took over my life, leaving me no time for work away from home. My son Kenny Jr. is a student and is already driving. Boy, that came faster than I ever thought! I recently celebrated my 40th birthday and Ken Sr. & I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in September of 2004.
At Integrity Farm we have been breeding quality animals since 1985. We started by breeding Lippitt Morgan horses, we raised and showed our stallion to 5 time grand champoin stallion and justin morgan winner . We produced 3 to 4 foals a year. I was also a founding member of the Lippitt morgan Breeders assoc. For many years now we have specialized in breeding only Labrador Retrievers. We breed from AKC parents who are OFA hip & elbow certified and have eye clearances. We believe in temperament, soundness and type.
When I was a child, both my Mom & Dad raised, bred, and showed Afghan Hounds. For many years my Dad was president of the Greater Lowell Kennel Club with both of my parents very involved with dogs. My Mom helped run handling classes, was also a dog groomer and worked from our kennel at home. My brother Barry finished many of the family dogs with both American & Canadian titles. Our kennel was established in 1960 in Methuen, MA and was called Charman Kennels.
My parents also bred and had Harness race horses, as well as pleasure-riding horses. I showed horses and was in the Methuen Mane Tamers 4-H program at a young age. As I got older, I belonged to the FFA (Future Farmers of America).
