Lead Singer Ron Belgard, and his New Band will perform
Genesis ' Live Over Europe' Note For Note.
When ask'd why? He replied.
''What the HECK was I thinking.!!''
... And in the begining there was light, and then Genesis. The year was 1967.
Tony Banks, Mike Rutherford, Peter Gabriel, Anthony Phillips and Chris Stewart made a few records.
Then, Anthony and Chris left , later to be replaced by John Silver and Steve Hackett.
Replaced again by John Mayhew and replaced again by Phil Collins.
A few more albums and Peter Gabriel leaves and Phil Collins moves up to the front mike as lead vocalist.
And a new drummer by the name of Chester Thompson takes the BIG chair.
A few more albums ,then Steve Hackett leaves and Daryl Stuermer becomes the 'LIVE' guitar player.
Now that went on for many years, many albums and World Tours .Grammy Awards and Television appearences.
And a few Academy Award Nominations for Phil Collins as a solo artist, While still being a full time member of Genesis.
One of the Top 30 Most Successful Bands of all time.
Then in 1996 Phil Collins Quits Genesis.... And that as they say ,is that.!
Genesis continued with one more album titled Calling All Stations.
Now called CDS and DVDS and HDS and Blue Ray , MP3,and 4 and by now probably 5.
When all this started there was vinyl, and ah ,Oh Yes vinyl .!
On November 7, 2006 nearly 40 years after the band formed and 10 years since Phil left the band, a
Reunion Tour was announced.

6 months of rehersals 4 months of shows,,...and then it was over, just like that.!!!
Noting Phil's injuries, his back,his left ear and wrist and possably his 58 years.
In an August, 2007 interview Collins has stated that the recording of a new album is currently
''Very,I Repeat Very Unlikely'' Citing a lack of both time and insperation.
On September 23 2009 Genesis was nominated for induction in the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2010.
